As Program Manager for the CUNY Tech Talent Pipeline Residency at Baruch College, she embeds emerging technologies into work-based learning by aligning curriculum, internships, and capstone projects with real-time labor market needs. Her recent work focuses on an employer-validated AI learning model that helps cybersecurity and data analytics students supervise AI tools, validate outputs, and apply them responsibly in workplace contexts. With a decade of experience building education-to-employment pipelines, she brings deep expertise in program design, employer partnerships, and equity-centered career development.
